Granola

Turn Granola meeting notes into product decisions

Granola is where your most important conversations get captured. Samepage automatically brings that signal into your daily product workflow, alongside the rest of your stack.

Connect Granola to Samepage and your meeting notes, AI summaries, and meeting context flow automatically into your morning briefings, recommended feature updates, and bug tickets, with very little setup.

Granola captures key conversations. Samepage connects it to everything else.

Granola does the hard part of the meeting. It helps you prep before the call, captures what matters while it's running, pulls out your follow-ups afterward, and gives you continuity across meetings. It's also a great place to chat directly with your AI to dig into a specific conversation or run a post-meeting debrief.

What Granola can't see is the other ten to twenty tools your product team lives in. Your meetings are one input among many: Jira tickets, Slack threads, support tickets, CRM data, product analytics. The decisions and signals from your calls matter most when they sit next to all of that.

That's what this integration is for. Samepage automatically pulls your Granola data and puts it to work across your product workflow, so you don't have to copy notes or remember to check prior meetings.

What you can get with Granola data

  • A morning digest that includes your calls. Wake up to a summary of your previous meetings, in context with the projects and tickets you're working on, not in a separate place you have to go review.

  • Recommended feature updates and bug tickets. When a meeting surfaces a recurring request or a reported issue, Samepage connects it to the relevant work and suggests the update, so a signal from a call turns into action.

  • Team summaries packaged in context. If you're on a team, Samepage can roll up the relevant meetings and deliver a concise summary tied to the projects, features, or initiatives each person is working on.

  • Continuity across your whole stack. Cross-reference what was said in a call with the Jira ticket, Slack thread, or customer record it relates to, automatically.

Keep using Granola the way you already do. When you want to chat deeply with your agent about a conversation or understand trends across meetings, Granola is still the right place to do it. Samepage just automates getting that data into the rest of your workflow.

How it works

  1. Connect Granola. Add your Granola API key in the Integrations page. Samepage ingests your meeting notes, AI summaries, participants, and meeting metadata.

  2. It runs automatically. Your meetings flow into briefings, recommendations, and Signals with very little setup. Syncs refresh multiple times per day.

  3. Get signal in context. Instead of notes living on their own, you see decisions, themes, and suggested actions next to the projects and tickets they relate to.

Example Signals

Signal

Meeting Theme Summary

Example Signal prompt

Review all Granola meeting notes from the past week and produce a structured summary covering: Decisions Made (with the meeting and people involved), Commitments & Action Items (with owner, due date, and anything overdue), Open Questions left unresolved, the top 3-5 recurring Key Themes, and anything that Needs Attention. Keep it concise. Use bullet points.

What Granola data Signals can analyze

Samepage works directly on your Granola data, including:

  • Meeting notes captured during each meeting

  • Granola's AI summaries

  • Participant details

  • Meeting metadata, such as title and date

Your initial connection pulls notes from the last 6 months, and ongoing syncs keep the past week current. No manual exporting or copy-paste required.

Your data stays private

Granola is a personal integration. Each user connects their own account, and your meeting data is visible only to you, never to others in your workspace. Granola data is never used to train AI models. It's processed only to generate your Signal outputs and Copilot responses.
